Rates

In our quest to help a wide variety of folks we offer a sliding scale. Our typical rate is $125/hour for career coaching. That rate applies if you make at or over $125,000/year.To find your sliding scale rate: take your salary and chop off the three digits at the end. That is your hourly rate. For example, say you make $65,000/year. Your rate would be $65/hour. We have a minimum rate of $50/hour. We know this makes it difficult for everyone to benefit from coaching. If that rate is too high, reach out and we can try to make something work (such as a group session).After our initial session, we have a minimum of 3 sessions. This helps us find a couple meaty issues to discuss and gives us the time for you to make progress on the topics we cover.
